At Circus Central, we try to collect only the minimum of data through our website. We collect information about you as a customer, and about the participants you are purchasing classes for.
These participants may include you, your child, family, friends or anyone else who you are booking a class for.
As a customer:
We will use your email address to send you confirmation of your order, and to verify your purchase in the case of a split payment. We may also use this address to contact you about changes to the class/classes you are booking, or if there are any queries with your order. Additionally, if there are queries about your personal data, your email address will be our first point of contact.
We will not use your email to contact you with marketing information, unless you specifically tell us to.
If you give us your phone number with your booking (as a customer), we may contact you by phone to notify you of urgent changes e.g. on the day of the class.
Your payment details are handled securely via Stripe. Your credit card details will never seen or stored by the Circus Central server.
As a participant:
Your name will be used only to identify you while at Circus Central, e.g. for register purposes.
We require an emergency contact in the unlikely event you are injured at a Circus Central session. Your emergency contact should be aware of this, and should give express permission for you to share their details with us. (If you are booking a class for your child, you will probably be their emergency contact.)
If you fill in information for a participant aged under 18 years, you must be their parent/guardian, or have express permission from their parent/guardian to share the participant’s details.
